Thank you for your interest in applying to be a vendor for the third annual Artisan Market in the Vineyards hosted at Heritage Estate Winery & Cidery, September 18, 2021.
RVH is grateful to have been chosen by the organizers to be the benefiting charity of this fundraising event. All proceeds support patient care at RVH and the Specialized Seniors Recreation Therapy Program.
To apply to become a vendor please complete the following steps:
- Complete the Vendor Application form linked here.
- Vendor fee includes a $80 plus a raffle prize valued at $50. All vendor fees and raffle proceeds will support patient care at RVH and the Specialized Seniors Recreation Therapy Program. Once your application has been approved you will be provided with a link to a donation form to make payment.
- Deliver raffle prize to the organizers on the day of the event.

Please note that all vendors, volunteers, host venue staff and attendees must abide by all current public health guidelines concerning gathering limits, physical distancing, hand hygiene and mask usage.
